Orders
What is the difference between ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Pre-order’?
‘Add to cart’ means that the item is in stock and can be purchased immediately — simply complete your purchase as normal.
‘Pre-order’ applies to items that are not yet in stock or are made to order. By pre-ordering, you secure your reservation and the product will be shipped as soon as it is ready or available in our warehouse. The estimated delivery time is always indicated on the item page.
I haven't received confirmation of my order. What should I do?
You should first check that the e-mail hasn't ended up in the spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact the team using the form.
Can I change my order after placing it?
It is possible, but the customer must contact us within 1 hour of the purchase. After that, the order may already be in process.
I've placed an order but I don't know where it is. Now what?
As soon as the parcel has been dispatched, the customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. If you haven't received it, please send an e-mail to heridabusiness@gmail.com.
How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Hérida accepts payments via American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa, all of which are processed in an encrypted and secure manner.
If you place a pre-order, will you be charged at the time of ordering?
Yes, You will be charged at the time of purchase so that production can begin immediately.
Do you have any active promotional codes?
Special campaigns and promotions will be shared on the Newsletter ( Sign up on the bottom of the page) and our Instagram.

Where are Hérida's pieces produced?
The 925 sterling silver and gold-plated silver pieces are designed and produced in Portugal by local goldsmiths.
What materials are the pieces made of?
Noble metals such as 925 sterling silver, gold-plated silver and gold are used. The composition of each piece is shown on the respective product page.
Do the items have a warranty
Yes, all parts come with a 2-year warranty. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to learn more.
Does gold plating last forever?
Not quite — over time, normal wear can affect it. With the right care and gentle handling, though, your piece can keep its beautiful shine for years to come. Be sure to follow the tips in the parts care section to help it stay looking its best.
Do you offer Gift Bag?
Yes, there is an additional cost and the Gift Bag option is available at products section.
How do I know my ring size?
Customers can check the Size Guide available on the website.
Shipping
What are the delivery options?
There are three options available:
Standard - the order takes around 3 to 4 working days to be dispatched (the delivery time may vary depending on stock availability);
Premium - the order takes around 1 working day to be dispatched (if the order is placed by 12 noon on the same day);
Free - If you make purchases of 110€ or more.
The value of each option appears automatically at checkout for selection.
If you pre-order or buy a personalised item, delivery times will be extended. For more information visit the shipping page.
Do you need a signature on the delivery?
Some shipments, especially international ones, may require a signature.
My parcel has been dispatched and I haven't received it. What should I do?
The customer should check the status of the delivery with the tracking number. If the problem persists, contact the brand at heridabusiness@gmail.com.

Exchanges and returns
Do you have pre-paid labels for returns?
Currently no. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
